氷ミルクとは違うんです：根津「芋甚」その２
食べたのは・・・2004年7月
主な値段・・・・・氷牛乳450円
私の愛する根津の甘味処、「芋甚」をもう一回載せちゃいます。
以前書いたエントリはこのへんに。住所などはこちらを見てください。
ここでしか見たことがない珍しいかき氷が「氷牛乳」。
「氷ミルク」じゃなくて「氷牛乳」です。
普通、かき氷って濃い甘さのシロップが少なめにかかっているものですが、氷牛乳の場合は、かき氷としては珍しいスタイル。透明なグラスのなかに、牛乳…といっても牛乳よりは甘く、練乳よりは甘くないミルクに浸ったかき氷が入っていて、その上に白い氷がふんわりと丸く乗っています。
スプーンと一緒にストローがついてくるので、まずは上の部分を崩しながらかき氷を楽しんで、そのあとでシェイクのようになった下の部分をストローで飲むと二度オイシイ。ミルクのスムージーみたいな感じです。
アイスクリンって食べたことありますか？味はちょうどあんな感じ。
甘さ控えめ、あまり甘いモノが得意でないひとにもオススメです。
のども乾かないし、アッサリさっぱりでおいしいですよ～。
