セブンイレブンのかき氷で宇治金時を作る
かつてこのblogのこのエントリで絶賛していた、セブンイレブンの「ふんわりかき氷」。ここを読んで試してくださった方も多いみたいで「ホントにおいしかった！」というコメントやメールをいろいろいただきました。
私もすっかり気に入ってしまって、このまま期間終了で終わっちゃったら残念だなあ、このまま定番にならないかなあ…と思っています。その後も何回も食べてます(笑)
いちごもおいしいのですが、あずきもかなりおいしくてお気に入り。
最近は抹茶を点てて氷あずきにかけ、「宇治金時～♪」なんて遊びもしています。シロップを溶かさないでただお濃茶をかけると、甘さひかえめのオトナな宇治金時が簡単にできるので、オススメ。

高尾山の隣の城山の山頂のカキ氷がとてもビッグサイズですばらしかったですよ。

高尾山のとなりに城山という山があるんですね。知らなかったので検索してみました…ハイキングコースで有名なのですね。城山茶屋のジャンボかき氷、ブルーハワイがおすすめなんですねえ。ハイキング好きな人を誘って行ってみたいと思います♪

近所のセブンイレブンではもう見かけなくなってしまいました。なのでayanoさんおすすめの宇治金時を試せず。残念。ところで、ローソンで見つけたフタバ食品の「いちご 練乳ソースいり かき氷」「夕張メロン かき氷」というのが、“さらさらのふんわり”となっていて、セブンイレブンのに近い気がしました。

wakaさんこんにちは。そろそろセブンイレブンのかき氷は終わりみたいですね。残念…。ところでローソンで発見なさったかき氷，おそらくセブンイレブンのかき氷にかなり近いのではないかと思われます。なぜなら，セブンイレブンのかき氷はフタバが作っていたものなので…私も「いちご 練乳ソースいり かき氷」を試そうと思いつつなんとなくそのままになっております。食べたらまたご報告しますね。
