デパートではかき氷で一休み：名古屋「嵯峨の路」

主な値段・・・・・宇治ミルク735円
名古屋三越の中にある和食と甘味のお店。
デパートの食堂という雰囲気ではなくて、落ち着いたかんじの和食のお店。
何度かお茶をしたりしていたが、かき氷は食べたことがなかった。
早速宇治ミルクを注文。
あたたかいほうじ茶を飲みながら待つことしばし。
見た感じなかなか本格的なかき氷。
抹茶は全体的にたっぷりかかっていて、白いところはほとんどない。
白玉もきちんと作られている。ぷにぷに。
ただ氷が今までになかったタイプだった。
ふわふわではないし、シャリシャリでもガリガリでもない。
氷ひとつひとつが薄い板状になっていて、もちろんすっと溶けるのだが珍しい形。
氷かきの歯はどうなっているのだろうとちょっと考えた。
氷に白い部分がないので味に変化がないけど、味は合格。
歩きつかれたときの休憩にはちょうどいい。
