白玉たくさん：名古屋「茶処 一久」

主な値段・・・・・柚子小町700円
雑貨屋さんやおしゃれなブティックなどが入っているビルの中にあるお店。
このお店だけが「和」の雰囲気。
メニューを渡され当然宇治金時というつもりで出かけていたのだが、夏季限定のメニューとして「柚子小町」を発見。
和食器などがセンスよくディスプレイされた店内を見てかき氷を待つ。
ちょっと驚いた。
シロップの色がないし、白あんだし・・・。
食べてみるとスッキリした柚子の味がする。透明だったのね。
氷はシャリシャリに近いかんじ。
白あんも柚子シロップの味を損なわない程度の優しい甘さ。
どんどん食べていくと底の方に細かく刻んだ寒天がたっぷり。
歯ごたえに変化があってこれはよい。
驚いたのは白玉はフルーツと一緒に3つ乗せられていたのだが、底にもさらに2つ入っていた。
氷と白玉と寒天、それぞれ最後まで飽きずに楽しむことができる。
食べ終わるとお店のこだわりのあたたかいキアヌ茶が出された。
かき氷は「ふわふわの氷」と「粗めの氷」と二種類のタイプがある。
好みで選べるのがうれしい。
