主な値段・・・・宇治ミルク680円
繁華街にありながらここだけは静かな音楽と美しいインテリアに囲まれて、ゆったりとした時間が流れている。
店内は広々としていて、カウンター席もありひとりでも気軽に入れるおしゃれなカフェ。
こだわりのコーヒーもいただきたいところだが、もちろん目的はかき氷。
宇治ミルクを注文。
氷は粉末のようにきめ細かくかかれている。
口に入れるとふわっと溶けるが、テーブルの上ではなかなか溶けない。
シロップは表面にまんべんなくかかっているので、氷とシロップを楽しんだ後少し混ぜてみた。
混ぜることが楽しくなってぼんやりとマゼマゼしていても氷がなかなか溶けない。
途中から練った氷をペロンと食べていた。
これは楽しい。
氷自体の質がよくなければこれだけ溶けないわけがない。
シロップの甘さもちょうどよく、ミルクもたっぷり。
そのままでおいしく、練ってもおいしい。
なかなか溶けないのでゆっくりかき氷を楽しめる、いいことずくめのお店。
