鵠沼海岸で新たにスタート！：鵠沼「埜庵」
こっそり更新シリーズ、Part3。（笑）
あやのさんが昨年大感動していた天然氷のかき氷が食べられる「埜庵」が、場所を鎌倉から鵠沼海岸に移して新たにスタートしました。

食べたのは・・・2005年5月末
主な値段・・・・かまくら700円、ゴールデンオレンジ、いちご各600円
5月にオープンということであやの＆ほまめコンビでお邪魔しました。
到着した新しいお店は一軒家。
外にはテーブルがいくつか置かれていて、中のカウンターで注文する。
早速「かまくら」と「ゴールデンオレンジ」を注文。
するとなぜか「お二階へどうぞ」と言われる。
言われるままに横にある玄関から二階へ上がると、二部屋にテーブルがいくつか置かれていてくつろげる空間になっていた。
ほどなくして「かまくら」が、続いて「ゴールデンオレンジ」が目の前に・・・。
う・・・美しい。
「かまくら」はふんわりかいた氷に和三盆をかけただけのシンプルなもの。
シンプルなだけに氷自体の質が一番よくわかる。
練乳が添えられていて、これがまたウマイ。
ゴールデンオレンジは色合いがとても華やかで明るいイメージのかき氷。
すっきりした甘みはオレンジそのものだが、シロップが添えられていて自由に調節できる。
二人でさんざん写真を撮りまくった後は、黙々とかき氷を食べ続ける。
発する言葉は「ウマイ！！！」ばかり。
ひとり一杯ずつで帰るのがどうしても惜しい・・・。
ということで、いちごを追加注文。
こちらもまたいちごの甘みがはっきりわかる。
スプーンがふたつあることでもわかるように、これは半分こ。
ふたりでガツガツガツ・・・・。
途中こんなことをして遊んだりもしましたが。
すみません。＞店主さん
あやのさんから何度も聞かされていたとおりのおいしい氷、おいしいシロップ、果物、どれをとっても大満足だった。
もちろんこれだけ食べても頭がキーンとくることなどない。
氷の質の大切さがあらためてわかるお店だった。

先日、ひょんな事から鵠沼で再OPENされたことを知り、さっそく行ってきました〜♪（ぢつはご近所）
