大垣城正門のすぐそばにある和菓子の老舗。
白木の美しい店内にはベーシックなものから、新しいタイプの和菓子までずらりと並んでいた。
地下180メートルのおいしい地下水で作る「水まんじゅう」はとても有名。
そのかき氷ってどうなってるんだろう？？
あれ？普通のせんじなのかな？？
水まんじゅうが中に三つ入ってました。
注文すると表にあるかき氷の機械でシャリシャリと氷をかいて、あっという間にかき氷がやってきます。
白みつは自家製で甘さもやさしく、上質の葛でこしあんを閉じ込めた水まんじゅうの繊細な味を邪魔しません。
お店で使われているお菓子の素材などがディスプレイされていて、そちらもおもしろかった。
この小さなカップのひとつひとつが水まんじゅう。
